Minimum of 30 days with maximum of 6 months.
2)Is the $85.00 a monthly cost?
No, the $85.00 is the actual cost per listing term. It is not just for one month unless you only listed for one month.
3) Can I make changes to price or anything after listing?
Yes, the fee is $25.00 per event. More than one change request at same time is considered only one event.
4) Is the listing actually placed on the true local Realtor MLS?
Yes. In addition, the listing will link to the internet for the general publics access at
numerous websites including realtor.com which is the official website of the National Association of Realtors.
5) What if we need real estate assistance after we find a buyer?
Use your attorney or we can recommend a good local agent.
6) Could you help us find and/or buy another home?
Yes. We can recommend a good local agent.
